You will support the deal process from inception through execution for the company’s content production, distribution and licensing & merchandising businesses. Reporting directly to the SVP, Content Distribution & Consumer Products you will support the deal-making process across several domains, incl. content distribution, IP rights protection, licensing and merchandising. Your expertise will be key in navigating the complexities of content partnership agreements, intellectual property rights, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
