This role is more than expertise; it's about crafting an editorial and brand vision. You will take charge of channel management, from content strategy to execution. Every detail, from each video upload to the creation of compelling thumbnails, is a step towards making Pocoyo an integral part of children's daily lives.
Animaj’s YouTube Channel Managers are expected to become experts in our managed content and perform competitive analysis to gain an understanding of how we can improve and grow our channels.
Candidates will be expected to perform ongoing YouTube viewership analysis using multiple analytics tools in order to validate existing strategies and provide information to guide programming, marketing, and investment decisions going forward.
Based in London or Madrid, you will be part of an international team, all united by a shared goal: to innovate, inspire, and empower children through the transformative power of content.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute an effective content strategy, optimizing upload schedules and thematic playlists.
Channels Optimization & Analytics: Implement advanced SEO strategies (metadata, titles, …) and analyze performance metrics to boost content impression, average view duration time and watch time.
Creative Design: Create compelling visual content, including thumbnails and channel branding, to captivate our young audience.
Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure consistency in Pocoyo's branding and content across multiple digital platforms.
