Descriptif du poste

As CEO Right Hand, you will be pivotal in structuring our team and propelling our ambitious vision forward.

You’ll assist the CEO in his tasks, understanding problematics, finding innovative solutions, and developing action plans in harmony with our strategy and values.

Your missions will be as varied as those of a CEO – you’ll be doing at the same time :

  • Investor Relations: Create deck, update business plans and build datarooms for upcoming financing rounds. Prepare materials and participate in board meetings with our historical investors ;

  • M&A Analysis: Engage in the whole acquisition process, from sourcing, to valuation, due diligence and closing ;

  • Data Analysis: Implement and monitor dashboards to track KPIs, analyzing our performance to inform strategic decisons ;

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process for very diverse positions – from headhunting to finalizing contracts ;

  • Executive Operations: Prepare internal meetings, organize corporate events, and manage other critical operational tasks.


Profil recherché

  • First Internship in VC, M&A or a related is highly valued.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for innovation and strategic thinking.

  • Proficient in financial analysis, with exceptional skills in Excel and other analytical tools.

  • Data-driven, formulating the right questions, analyzing and objectively evaluating solutions to a problem.

  • Ability to lead a project from start to finish and to move from one topic to another with equal impact (versatility).

  • Previous track-record working in a fast-paced environment.

  • High-level level of autonomy and are willing to learn every day.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • English proficiency and experience working in a multinational environment.

  • Case Study

  • Final Interview with our CEO (45’)

    Starting date between May to July for 6 months
