Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the technical team, guiding development efforts and aligning them with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the software development team, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Oversee the design and implementation of software solutions, with a focus on Java backend development using Spring Framework.
• Drive innovation and adoption of best practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a tier 1 college such as IITs or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Java backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Spring Framework, Springboot, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux-based systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microservices architecture and design patterns.
