Position Overview:

As an Associate - Operations at AstroTalk, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and performance of our business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and deliver effective training programs to enhance their quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify training needs and areas for quality improvement among our business partners.
  2. Develop and implement training programs tailored to address identified areas of improvement, such as communication skills, customer service, and technical knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Customer Support, and Product Development, to stay updated on service standards and product features for effective training delivery.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through performance metrics, feedback mechanisms, and quality assurance measures.
  5. Provide ongoing coaching and support to business partners to ensure consistent quality standards and continuous improvement.
  6. Analyze data and trends related to customer feedback, service delivery, and partner performance to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  7. Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to support training programs and ensure consistency in messaging and content.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to training and quality assurance to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education. A certification in training and development is a plus.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience:

0-2 years in any customer centric/business development role
