As an Associate at Astrotalk, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives and driving growth through the execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring industry trends, managing budgets, and providing leadership to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies. By focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance, you will contribute to Astrotalk's success and provide senior management with reports and recommendations based on the outcomes of these executed strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries and issues via calls and chats to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Leverage technical expertise to efficiently manage tools, systems, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion and a smooth workflow.
• Assist team members to enhance overall productivity.
• Drive and implement operational changes to improve processes and encourage ongoing development

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations
• Minimum of 60% or higher in 10th and 12th grades
• Bachelor’s degree with no running backlogs
• Quick Learner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi)
• Analytical skills & approach
