About the role:
As a Management Trainee at Astrotalk, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives and driving growth through the execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring industry trends, managing budgets, and providing leadership to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies. By focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance, you will contribute to Astrotalk's success and provide senior management with reports and recommendations based on the outcomes of these executed strategies. Overall, your strategic insights and operational expertise will help Astrotalk thrive in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our products, services, and policies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and support KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 60% or higher in 10th and 12th grades
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree with no running backlogs
- Quick Learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi)
- Analytical skills & approach
