What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a design team across video, graphics, and motion
• Drive end-to-end creative strategy & execution for campaigns, branding, and content
• Collaborate with product, marketing & tech to bring ideas to life
• Build a strong design culture from scratch in our Bangalore office

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in creative design (video, graphics & motion) with leadership/mentorship experience
• Expertise with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, etc.
• Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam + English/Hindi
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a big plus
