Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors to align all requirements shared by the sales team
• ⁠ ⁠Procure product videos/images from vendors and share them with the sales team over Slack
• ⁠ ⁠Manage daily order flow and share exclusive/custom order confirmations with vendors
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate order modification requests raised by the sales team
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with vendors for timelines, dispatches, and pending requirements
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain proper tracking sheets for orders, videos, and vendor communication
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and vendors
