Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase order fulfilment across multiple online retail/e-commerce channels
• Cross-functional coordination with warehouse, finance, and channel/marketplace teams
• Track and manage day-to-day dispatch, invoicing, and delivery timelines
• Handle courier and logistics coordination, including appointment scheduling and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for inventory, dispatch, and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot operational escalations and ensure timely closure
• Support process documentation and continuous improvement of operations workflows
  
  

Requirements

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/order-management tools a plus
• Detail-oriented with good ownership and problem-solving ability
• Prior experience/internship in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
• Ability to work fast and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
