Responsibilities:

• Drive gemstone and product sales, ensuring high conversion rates at our retail store
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months – 1 years of experience in inside sales (jewellery/gemstones is a plus)
• A go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
