Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor platform content to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Flag inappropriate or policy-violating content and take necessary action in a timely manner.
• Refer critical or sensitive cases to the Team Lead for further review.
• Document moderation activities, including cases reviewed and actions taken, accurately.
• Assess user complaints and provide relevant feedback to support improvements in moderation policies and processes.
