Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review platform content to ensure it aligns with established company policies and guidelines.
• Identify and flag inappropriate or non-compliant content and take appropriate action within the defined timelines.
• Escalate sensitive or critical cases to the Team Lead for further assessment and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities, including reviewed cases and actions taken.
