What is Bilt?

Bilt Rewards is the first-ever rewards program that allows renters to earn points on rent and builds a path towards homeownership. With an alliance of the nation’s largest real estate owners, Bilt Rewards will enable renters in more than two million units across the country to earn points just by paying rent.

Bilt Rewards boasts one of the highest value rewards programs on the market today, including one-to-one point transfers for travel across over 100 major airlines and hotel partners; fitness classes at the country’s top boutique studios; limited-edition and exclusive collections of art and home decor through the Bilt Collection, and the ability to use points for rent credits or towards a future downpayment.

Bilt has also partnered with Mastercard to create the Bilt Mastercard - the first and only credit card that can be used to pay rent with no fees.

What’s the role?

We are looking for an experienced operator to oversee Bilt’s cobrand credit card with Wells Fargo, the Bilt Mastercard. The Bilt Mastercard was named by The Points Guy as the Best No Annual Fee Credit Card and the Most Innovative Credit Card and Bilt’s loyalty program has been ranked as the most valuable rewards points currency (ranked higher than both American Express and Chase) by Bankrate. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the credit card program, defining and executing the strategy to grow the business, leading new feature development and managing Bilt’s relationships with our bank and network partners. The Senior Director will work across the company with the broader leadership team, loyalty, engineering, product, marketing, growth and finance teams to deliver the industry leading credit card and best-in-class customer experience. The role is a senior role with opportunity for growth and frequent, direct collaboration with the full executive team.

In this role you will:

  • Manage Bilt’s relationships and serve as the primary point of contact with Wells Fargo and Mastercard

  • Help to define and execute the strategy of the credit card business

  • Accelerate customer acquisition

  • Drive customer engagement and top of wallet usage

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:

  • 7+ years of experience in cobrand credit card, financial services relationship management, or strong generalist business background (e.g., investment banking or strategy consulting)

  • Analytical, data driven decision making

  • Strategic thinker - balance big-picture benefits / objectives with quantitative frameworks

  • Strong relationship building / management skills

Annual base salary range is $150,000 - 200,000 + bonus + benefits (medical, dental, vision) + 401K match + Equity. Ultimately, when building each comp package we consider job skills, experience and location.
