What’s Brewing...

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the vital bridge between our Supply Chain Team and Field Teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will partner directly with our Field Management to communicate changes, manage daily challenges and facilitate seamless operational execution. You will be also involved in supply chain projects and other cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Own

• Supplier Issue Management: You'll collaborate with our GMs to address and resolve supplier-related issues, communicate top-down supplier issues, and address bottom-up delivery discrepancies and Field Management complaints.
• Supplier Relationship: You'll maintain relationships with Key Account Managers on the supplier end, serving as the primary point of contact for GMs to escalate issues.
• Ordering and Inventory Communication: You'll manage and communicate store ordering par levels for food, beverages, and other items as per procurement team guidance.
• Process Improvement: You'll identify opportunities for improving our supply chain processes, work with your manager to optimize these processes, and oversee their implementation.
• SKU movements in the business/shops: You'll lead the implementation of new SKUs in-store, coordinating between suppliers and GMs, especially for seasonal menu drops and new vendor introductions.
• Inventory Management: You'll ensure adherence to core inventory management processes by GMs/AGMs, including verifying inventory counts and following up on received orders.
• Project Collaborator:
  • Assist in cross-functional projects by aiding in project management, collecting feedback, creating presentations, giving supply chain insights and bringing great ideas to the table
  • Contribute to new product and innovation projects by conducting benchmarking, market research, and keeping up with current trends in London and the global coffee market.
