About Us
At Blank Street, we believe that rituals matter and that great rituals make your life better. With coffee shops across the US and UK, we are working to transform the high street grab-and-go coffee transaction into an experience that is higher in quality, hospitality, and joy.
Our Values
- Magic is in the Details: We value attention to detail in everything we do. We're always thinking about the small things that make a moment meaningful.
- Move as One: We value people who strive to be the best team player, not individual stars.
- “My Home is Your Home” Hospitality: We look for individuals who treat others the same way they'd treat a guest in their home. We care about presentation, hospitality, and having fun even when things are stressful.
What’s Brewing...
As our Supply Chain Sr. Associate, you will bring a high analytical and strategic mindset with supreme attention to detail to own the demand forecasting for our SKUs.
You will translate the Finance and Strategy Team’s sales demand forecast into actionable plans at both the external ordering level and the store level. You will be responsible for key KPIs and analyses from an inventory management perspective. You will communicate directly with our suppliers' procurement teams and you will collaborate closely with our Operations Managers. Your role will have a direct impact on core business KPIs such as working capital, wastage, and other critical metrics that keep the business running smoothly.
What You'll Own
- 3P Inventory Procurement: You'll manage quarterly inventory procurement with third-party suppliers, ensuring accurate and timely orders.
- In-Store Inventory Ordering: You'll handle weekly inventory orders, analysing and adjusting par levels based on GM requests. You'll have the authority to make changes up to 30%, escalating anything beyond that to a Senior Manager.
- Inventory Management KPI Tracking and Reporting: You'll track, report, and provide insights on key inventory management KPIs, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaboration with Finance: You'll partner directly with the Finance Team to understand and unpack weekly/monthly metrics, identifying any data discrepancies or issues that need resolution.
- ERP Maintenance: You'll own the maintenance of our ERP system, including new SKUs, kit packages, pricing, and issue resolution.
- Project Management of Supply Chain Process Improvement: You'll identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain, design and develop project plans, and execute these projects with the support of your Senior Manager, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- E-commerce: You'll oversee and manage aspects of our e-commerce inventory to ensure alignment with overall supply chain strategies.
