Brellium is a health-tech startup developing a completely novel, applied AI technology to tackle clinical quality, helping clinics analyze their medical records to deliver better care and decrease insurance clawbacks. We are committed to empowering clinics and driving a leap in efficiency in the American healthcare system. We are seeking an Implementation Manager to help our behavioral health, ABA (autism care), hospice, home health and nutrition customers implement our AI product. You will work with the C‑Suite of enterprise companies daily to help them best use Brellium.

What You’ll Do
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage a strategic portfolio of 20–30 enterprise healthcare customers, each generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. This role requires strong enterprise relationship management skills, the ability to own technical projects from end to end, and the ability to navigate complex organizations at the executive level. Your key responsibilities include:
Project Management:
Develop project plans to implement Brellium’s core offerings with our new customers by scoping their technical and clinical implementation needs, overall milestones and constraints and forecasting actionable steps towards helping our customers realize value
Lead kickoff, implementation and go-live meetings with Clinical Teams and develop relationships with C-suite healthcare executives through regular communication and engagement
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate value and align on strategic initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with the CTO and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop compelling case studies and showcase customer success stories
Work with Customer Success Leadership to develop and enforce best practices around implementation
Breakdown of core activities:
Initial implementation meetings, backlog meetings, workflow meetings & go-live meetings including prep, pre-reads & follow-ups for all
‘Solutioning’ for customers with technical needs including API integrations, EMR connections and new product development
Project management for go-live process (planning & execution)
Working with engineering + customer on clarifying requirements and implementing feedback
Developing customer facing content for implementation meetings and knowledge base references
Developing scalable process for customer implementation from contract signature to ‘go-live’
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management experience working with Enterprise Customers at an early stage startup or Management Consulting or Project Management experience
Experience developing relationships with C-suite stakeholders
Experience owning projects from end to end
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills
Enthusiasm for customer facing work & excellence in the product space
Extreme sense of ownership
Live in NYC, or can move within the next 30 days. We value in-person collaboration and work 5 days a week from our Flatiron office space.
