About Brellium

Brellium’s mission is to improve the standard of care across the U S. healthcare system. We’ve built AI-powered technology that helps providers deliver safer, higher-quality care—starting with the first real-time medical review platform that fixes clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
Founded in 2021, Brellium now supports 250,000+ providers in all 50 states. We’re Series A–backed ($16 MM) by First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.
Join us and help change healthcare for the better.

About the Role

As Brellium’s first dedicated Product leader, you’ll own our product strategy end-to-end—from vision to rapid iteration—shaping how clinicians across the country deliver care. You’ll report directly to the CTO, manage a small but growing PM team, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, CS, and GTM to ship products that matter.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define & communicate product vision. Translate company goals into a clear roadmap that balances near-term impact with long-term platform bets.

  • Drive execution. Lead the full product lifecycle—discovery, spec, launch, iteration—ensuring tight alignment with engineering sprints and release schedules.

  • Own outcomes. Set and track success metrics (engagement, revenue) and adjust course quickly when data or customer feedback signals a change.

  • Lead & develop PMs. Mentor, and scale a high-performing product org that lives our “hungry and humble” culture.

  • Champion the customer. Spend time with providers, payors, and internal clinical experts to ensure we solve real problems and delight users.

  • Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Sales, CS, Compliance, and Marketing to position new capabilities, enable launches, and gather feedback loops.

  • Scale process. Introduce lightweight frameworks for prioritization, spec quality, and experimentation without bogging the team down in bureaucracy.

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading PMs; B2b saas is a must, healthcare is preferred.

  • Proven track record shipping 0→1 and 1→n products that hit adoption and revenue targets.

  • Strong technical fluency; comfortable working daily with engineers and data scientists.

  • Data-driven mindset paired with customer empathy—you switch seamlessly between dashboards and user interviews.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-office environment (Flatiron, NYC; 5 days/week).

  • Excellent communication and influence skills; you can align execs, managers, and ICs around a single narrative.

  • Ownership mentality with a bias for action and a tolerance for calculated risk.

What You’ll Get

  • Executive-level ownership from day one; direct influence on company strategy and outcomes.

  • Competitive compensation (salary + meaningful equity) and performance accelerators.

  • Robust benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, HSA/FSA, commuter benefits, flexible PTO, and professional development budget.

  • A transparent, outcome-focused culture that combines urgency with humility—no layers of red tape, just smart people solving important problems together.

  • Hybrid Work Schedule

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $220,000, plus equity, based on skills and experience. We review compensation holistically to ensure fairness and market alignment while recognizing individual impact.

What We’re About

  • Be in the room where it happens. We believe in the magic of in-person collaboration—5 days/week in our Flatiron HQ.

  • Outcome-focused. We optimize for results, not hours logged.

  • Decide and deliver. We move quickly, embrace smart risks, and learn from failure.

  • Stay hungry and humble. We check egos at the door and keep pushing for better.

  • Own it. Everyone acts like an owner—of problems, decisions, and results.

  • Customer-obsessed. Providers’ needs guide every roadmap decision we make.

If this sounds like the next chapter of your career, we’d love to talk.
