Meet your team
Our Operations organization is built to perform and equipped with the resources and people needed to win. Our regional teams in Barcelona and Madrid is no exception. We’re looking for ambitious Inside Sales talent to help us expand our impact on the region even further.
As an Inside Sales Associate at Choco, you’ll be part of a world-class team on your path to becoming a sales machine. The role is challenging and not for the faint of heart. If you’re motivated to hit targets and eager to execute, this is the role for you.
We are an office-first company. Of course, you will be able to work from home on some days, but we spend most of our time together.
What you’ll do
- Engage with restaurants via in- and outbound channels
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of restaurants and deliver accurate acquisition forecasts
- Convince restaurants of our value through phone-based selling
- Communicate customer feedback internally to improve our product offerings
- Maintain accurate data in our Salesforce CRM system
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of sales experience for new cutting edge products
- Native Spanish speaker and conversational English level
- Willing to work on the phone
- Experience from working with sales tech-stack is a plus (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, hubspot, Chilipiper, mixmax, twilio, aircall etc.)
- Extremely confident communicator
- Naturally positive, energetic & motivated
