Looking for Italian and German speakers for our Sales Operations Team.
Our Operations team in DACH has resiliently grown with our users (restaurants, cafes, bars, etc.) all across the region. Now, we are looking for Restaurant Onboarding Specialists, who want to support us in onboarding new & existing restaurant partners, and scaling with our user base more than ever before.
In this role you will spend the majority of your time in the field (bike, scooter, etc.), connecting with restaurant and hospitality business across Berlin.
- You act as Choco Brand Ambassador, sharing our company vision and product value
- You proactively identify and reach out to prospective restaurant partners to discuss potential partnerships, mainly through walk-ins
- You establish relationships with the restaurants and facilitate connections between restaurant partners and the Sales team
- You support restaurants employees and chefs with the Choco app onboarding, and provide a short onsite training, e.g. how to navigate the app and place orders
- You methodically manage the pipeline of potential partnerships in an organized manner
- Language pairs
- C2 or fluent Italian and English skills (+German a bonus)
- C2 or fluent German and English skills
- You have first experience in a customer facing g role, e.g. ex-delivery drivers, retail, business envelopment, events management, restaurant operations, etc.
- You are a strong relationship builder and natural communicator
- You can adapt your tone to suit the audience, understand restaurants’ problems and propose/explain our solution
- You’re ambitious and can showcase proven resilience
- Enthusiasm, Curiosity, & a Team-First Mentality
