Meet the Team
You’ll be part of a high-impact Finance team that partners across the business-covering everything from accounting and compliance to reporting, automation, and strategic finance. As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated working student to support our day-to-day finance operations and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how modern finance works in a tech-driven company, contribute to meaningful processes, and grow alongside an experienced team.

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly and year-end closings under HGB (and assist with IFRS topics)

• Help with VAT returns, payroll tasks, and basic tax filings

• Assist in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and documentation

• Track and maintain cash flow and forecast reports

• Contribute to investor reporting and audit preparation

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, People, and BizOps

• Work with tools like DATEV, Stripe, Lucanet, and Business Central

• Support finance process improvements and automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• First practical experience (internship or student role) in finance or accounting

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset

• Interest in SaaS business models and finance automation tools

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
