About Everlab:
Everlab is building the future of preventative healthcare and longevity.
We help people detect, prevent, and reverse disease risk before symptoms appear through advanced diagnostics, AI-powered technology, and ongoing clinical care. Our programs analyse 1000s of data points across 50+ areas of health, helping members improve energy, performance, long-term health, and longevity.
In just 2 years, Everlab has become the fastest growing preventative health company in Australia. We’ve helped more than 20,000 members better understand and optimise their health, recently launched in New Zealand, and the UK is next.
We’re building the health platform of the future, combining diagnostics, wearable data, AI-enabled infrastructure, and world-class clinical care into one continuous experience.
We operate with high ownership, pace, and ambition. Joining Everlab means helping build a category-defining healthcare company from the ground up.
About the role:
We’re launching Everlab in the UK, and you will be responsible for making it work. From day one.
Reporting directly to our CEO, Marc, you will own the end-to-end setup and performance of the UK business. That means building the market from scratch, hiring the initial team, driving growth, and ensuring we deliver a world-class clinical and customer experience.
This is a true zero-to-one role. You’ll be building the UK market from the ground up, with full ownership across commercial performance, operations, and execution.
We are specifically hiring someone based in the UK, with strong local context and networks. You will spend time in Sydney upfront to get fully embedded in how Everlab operates, before returning to the UK to launch and scale the market.
Responsibilities and scope:
Own the UK market end-to-end
You are accountable for making the UK successful. This includes commercial performance, operations, and clinical.
Launch the market from scratch
Stand up Everlab in the UK. Build the infrastructure, regulatory compliance, processes, and operating model needed to get the business live and working.
Full P&L ownership
Own revenue, costs, and unit economics. Make decisions with full commercial accountability.
Build and lead the initial team
Hire and lead the first 2–3 hires. Set a high bar and build a strong, execution-focused culture from day one.
Define and execute go-to-market
Develop the UK go-to-market strategy. Identify the right channels, test quickly, and scale what works.
Build provider and partner relationships
Establish and manage key relationships with healthcare providers and partners in-market.
Stand up clinical operations
Work closely with clinical stakeholders to build and scale the UK clinical delivery model.
Act as the bridge to HQ
Work closely with the Australian team. Adapt what works, contribute local insight, and ensure alignment across markets.
What success looks like in the first 12 months:
You’ve taken the UK from zero to a functioning, growing market.
The UK business is live and operating
You’ve built a strong early team
There is clear revenue traction
Unit economics are understood and improving
There are early signals of product-market fit
What we are looking for:
Ex founder or proven GM: You ran your own business, owned a market, a P&L, or a major business line. You’re comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
Strong executor with high ambition: You enjoy setting aggressive targets and delivering against them. You move quickly, make decisions, and follow through.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You can take loosely defined problems, structure them, and drive them forward.
Commercial instinct: You understand how to grow revenue, manage costs, and make smart trade-offs.
Builder mindset: You enjoy creating something from zero and scaling it.
Experience in high-growth environments: You’ve worked in startups or scaleups where pace is high and priorities shift.
Ability to hire and build teams: You know how to identify strong talent and build a team that performs.
Working at Everlab:
Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health.
Work with urgency: We move fast and focus on what drives impact.
Experience Everlab as a customer: Full access to the Everlab health program after probation.
Share in the upside: Employee Share Option Plan included.
Join a team that cares: Smart, driven people doing meaningful work.

About Everlab
Everlab is building the health platform of the future. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life.
We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks.
Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be.
We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost.
If that excites you, we would love to hear from you.
Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office. We are based in Sydney in Surry Hills and in Melbourne in the CBD.
