Senior Associate, B2B Strategy & Operations
Operations
Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Sydney, NSW, Australia
About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Associate, B2B Strategy & Operations to be the operational engine of our B2B team. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical and Finance, turning what we sell into programs that work: configuring the products and contracts behind every deal, getting new clients live, keeping revenue reporting tight, and rebuilding the processes that break as we scale.
Our B2B business is growing fast. We now work with some of Australia’s largest employers across professional services, financial services, retail and insurance, and every new enterprise deal brings new product, implementation and commercial requirements.
This is a generalist, high-ownership role. It suits someone from consulting, strategy & ops, or a startup business-operations background who’s happy to go from a pricing model in the morning to a product spec with engineers in the afternoon.
Responsibilities and Scope
Product operations & engineering interface:
Act as the B2B team’s primary partner to Product and Engineering, translating client and commercial requirements into clear specs for features
Triage and resolve B2B product issues, and build the SOPs and tooling that let the sales and support team self-serve
Design and run scalable processes for renewals and year-two programs with Product, Operations and Care Coordination
Identify operational gaps and build the playbooks, frameworks and automations that let the B2B team scale without reinventing the wheel for each client
Client implementation & enterprise launches:
Lead implementation for new clients after contract signature, covering program design, product and contract setup, registration flows, and launch readiness
Run launch planning for our largest enterprise accounts alongside the Enterprise team, including partner journeys, activation plans, onsite testing logistics, and more
Coordinate with Clinical, Operations and Care Coordination so the member experience works end to end before go-live
Liaise with security team to complete client procurement and supplier onboarding (vendor forms, security and third-party governance questionnaires, invoicing portals)
Produce client insights reports and utilisation data for enterprise partners, turning de-identified cohort health data into clear narratives that support renewals and expansion
Build and improve reporting tools (Hex dashboards, employer portal insights) to scale reporting across the portfolio while upholding strict privacy standards
Revenue reporting & commercial operations:
Own weekly B2B revenue reporting, covering invoices booked, cash collected, outstanding receivables, and key pipeline movements
Partner with Finance on B2B invoicing accuracy, collections escalation, and end-of-quarter reconciliation
Calculate sales commissions each quarter and help evolve the commission model as the team grows
Keep HubSpot and Hex data clean and reliable so the team can trust the numbers
Pre-sales, pricing & strategy:
Lead RFP and tender responses for large enterprise opportunities, working with Sales, Clinical and Engineering
Model pricing and commercials for the B2B team, and drive the evolution of our B2B program tiers and packaging
Build and maintain sales enablement assets, including proposal templates, program one-pagers, and the program sections of our sales deck
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years in strategy & operations, management consulting, business operations, or a similar generalist role, ideally in a high-growth startup, B2B, or health environment
Strong analytical skills, including confidence building commercial models in spreadsheets and working with data to answer business questions
Technical fluency: you’re comfortable working with engineers and product managers, writing clear requirements, and getting hands-on with internal tools
Exceptional project management, with the ability to run multiple client launches and workstreams at once without dropping the ball
Commercial acumen and polished written communication, from RFP responses to client-facing reports
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action. You’ll be switching between pricing, product, implementation and finance questions in the same day
A genuine interest in health and preventive medicine
Beyond the technical skills, we’re looking for someone who is:
Relentlessly resourceful: you find ways to make things happen with limited resources, anticipate obstacles, and deliver results quickly while able to balance trade-offs with quality.
A creative problem-solver: we’re at an early stage, so the way we work isn’t set in stone. You care about outcomes over activity and you’ll challenge or rebuild a process if there’s a better way to get there.
Truth-seeking: you care about understanding what’s actually working for your clients, not just what’s easiest to report. You push for the real picture and act on it.
An incredible teammate: you communicate with kindness, give and receive direct feedback well, and care more about the team winning than being right.
An owner: you’re motivated by what’s best for clients long-term, never say “that’s not my job”, and take initiative to find new ways to move our mission forward.
Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot, Hex (or SQL / BI tools), Airtable, or Xero. Experience with enterprise procurement, RFPs, or client implementations. Experience using AI and no-code tools (e.g. Claude, Lovable) to prototype or automate workflows. Exposure to corporate health, employee benefits, insurance, or healthtech in the AU/NZ market.
Working at Everlab:
Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health. Use your skills to prevent disease, improve access to personalised care, and reduce pressure on the health system.
Work-life flexibility: Hybrid working with flexibility to manage life beyond the 9–5 when it matters.
Experience Everlab as a customer: Full access to the Everlab health program, provided after successfully passing probation. This includes advanced blood work, physical assessment, nutrition recommendations, personalised doctor’s care, and more.
Share in our success: Employee Share Option Plan included as part of your total remuneration. We grow together.
People you’ll love working with: A welcoming, mission-driven team of smart, thoughtful people doing meaningful work.
