The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to architect and scale the engine behind our next stage of revenue and brand expansion. You’ll own demand generation, growth strategy, social presence, events, and the management of our performance marketing agencies. Your work will accelerate pipeline creation and strengthen F2’s position as the category-defining AI platform for private markets.

This role is ideal for someone who has helped scale an AI-native B2B platform, thrives in high-growth environments, and brings an AI-first mindset. You’re equally comfortable thinking big and executing scrappy, guerrilla tactics with high velocity.

What You’ll Own

Growth Strategy and Leadership

  • Build and execute F2’s growth roadmap tied to revenue, pipeline, and market expansion goals.

  • Prioritize high-impact channels and experiments while maintaining disciplined resource allocation.

  • Serve as the senior growth partner to the CEO, Sales, and Product leaders.

  • Lay the groundwork for future team expansion, including systems, reporting, and repeatable playbooks.

Agency and Vendor Management

  • Manage all third-party agencies to maximum effect, not as a doer but as the strategic owner for PR, paid search, social, campaigns, and marketing design

  • Set strategy, define goals, oversee creative, and rigorously evaluate channel performance.

  • Hold agencies accountable to measurable pipeline and CAC-focused outcomes.

Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth

  • Own multi-channel demand creation across paid, organic, outbound, partnerships, and events.

  • Build audience segmentation frameworks and nurture paths that convert interest into qualified pipeline.

  • Collaborate closely with Basile and the Sales team to optimize lead routing, scoring, and velocity.

Brand, Content, and Social

  • Own social media end-to-end with a daily content cadence using AI and off-the-shelf tools.

  • Develop thought leadership, visual assets, and category-defining narratives that elevate F2.

  • Drive influencer outreach and cultivate relationships across private markets, AI, and fintech communities.

  • Grow brand awareness, followers, and impressions while tying social activity to top-of-funnel metrics.

Events, Field Marketing, and Community

  • Orchestrate high-impact events, such as Executive dinners, Roundtables, Conferences, and Webinars.

  • Handle strategy, logistics, programming, and follow-up motions that convert engagement into pipeline.

  • Build F2’s presence across the NYC private markets ecosystem through creative, on-the-ground programs.

Analytics and Performance

  • Own dashboards, attribution, and funnel analytics using HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.

  • Define and measure growth KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

  • Build the performance reporting infrastructure that will scale with a future VP Marketing organization.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–10 years in growth or marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

  • Experience scaling from ~$1M to $20M ARR with tight alignment to Sales.

  • Skilled in managing high-performance agencies and cross-functional partners.

  • Proven ability to run scrappy, creative, guerrilla-style campaigns that drive outsized impact.

  • Expertise in demand generation, social strategy, and event-led growth.

  • Hands-on fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools for automation and content creation.

  • Strong communicator who operates with autonomy and brings clarity, speed, and experimentation to the team.

Compensation Range: $180K - $220K
