The Role
We are hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing leader to build and run F2’s demand engine. This is an execution first role for a high-powered individual contributor who will own day-to-day growth programs and the systems behind them, with a clear focus on pipeline and conversion.
You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners to create repeatable inbound and outbound motions, optimize paid channels, improve attribution and funnel hygiene, and run structured growth experiments.
What You Will Own
1) Demand Engine and Pipeline Performance
Build and run repeatable inbound and outbound programs that drive qualified leads
Own conversion across the funnel and optimize it with disciplined iteration
Create audience segmentation and nurture that converts interest into pipeline
2) Paid Media, Partnered Execution
Partner with our performance agency to overhaul paid search and paid social (structure, targeting, creative inputs, tracking)
Hold partners accountable to pipeline outcomes, not vanity metrics
3) Funnel Operations and Attribution
Own growth analytics, attribution discipline, and reporting using HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools
Improve lead routing, scoring, UTMs, and lifecycle definitions so pipeline reporting is reliable
Stand up a weekly funnel review cadence and performance dashboard
4) Growth Experiments
Own a structured growth experimentation program that blends disciplined testing with creative, left-field ideas across inbound and outbound channels.
Run experiments across landing pages, offers, demo CTAs, outbound hooks, and new channels etc
Form clear hypotheses, measure impact, and rapidly operationalize what works.
5) Sales Alignment and Outbound Support
Build outbound messaging frameworks and sequence templates in partnership with Sales
Provide persona-specific assets and micro proof points to support SDR and AE testing
Support post-event follow-up motions with proven nurture sequences
What We Are Looking For
6 to 10 years in growth marketing or demand generation at B2B SaaS, ideally early stage (Seed to Series B)
Clear evidence you have built a demand engine from scratch, not just optimized a mature machine
Strong fundamentals in funnel conversion, attribution, lifecycle reporting, and growth ops
Experience partnering with agencies without being overly dependent on them
Strong communicator who operates with autonomy and brings clarity, speed, and experimentation to the team.
Comfortable working onsite in NYC four days per week in a build stage environment
