We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner who combines technical expertise with strategic insights into the complexities of airline pricing. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in agile product management and extensive experience in leading data technology and software development teams.

As a key team member, you will be deeply involved in every stage of creating our data-driven price prediction engine, from initial research and concept design to development, testing, and deployment. You'll utilize your expertise in technologies and methodologies such as agile development practices, Scrum, Kanban, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro, in the development of AI, machine learning, and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the vision and development of our AI-driven price prediction engine, ensuring alignment with the airline industry's needs.
• Utilize your experience in launching SaaS products to drive product strategy and innovation, focusing on user-centric and market-driven solutions.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban methodologies to optimize product development processes, promoting efficient project management and product evolution through agile expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging technical and user experience design expertise to create accessible and effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team, enhancing productivity and product quality through your agile expertise.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to incorporate data insights into product development, highlighting interdisciplinary collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven success in product management within technology-driven environments, ideally with experience in the airline or travel industry.
• A solid educational background in computer science or a related field, supported by relevant degrees.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and leading complex projects to completion.
• Technical fluency in design and development tools (e.g., Miro, Confluence) and issue tracking/version control systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience in successfully executing data-driven products, demonstrating a capacity to leverage analytics and insights to inform product decisions and strategies.

Great if you have them:

• A portfolio of successful technology product launches, particularly SaaS products, demonstrating your ability to navigate the product lifecycle from concept to market.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Experience in enhancing operational efficiency through innovative product features, as demonstrated in your previous roles.
• Experience in the airline industry (e.g., operational, pricing strategies, digital transformation, etc.).
