Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant for CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role focus on booking and managing flights and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant
- Experience with booking flights.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent capacity to work autonomously and proactively.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- English - professional level
