Fetcherr is growing and so is our HR team! We are looking for an HRBP for our Poland site to support our winning team!

In this role, you will be partnering with our leaders and employees to successfully scale our business units, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Build high-trust and impactful relationships with managers and employees.
• Partner with managers and employees to guide career pathing, performance management, talent development, team building, organizational changes, and more.
• Lead employee retention efforts and people experience.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, and assessing candidates.

• 3+ years of relevant HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching team members and managers at different levels
• Proven experience in leading HR processes from A to Z, including On-boarding and Off-boarding, performance review cycle, engagement survey, top talent retention, and separations.
• Collaborator, a team player, and an active listener- an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of English - the ability to operate freely in an English-speaking work environment.
