We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT and Helpdesk Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our company's IT systems and provide outstanding helpdesk support to our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for administering internal assets, software, and hardware while ensuring a seamless operation of all IT systems. Additionally, you will manage and resolve user-related issues in a timely and professional manner, contributing to a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, SaaS, security & user access
- Global technical support & ticketing system
- Systems monitoring, updates & troubleshooting
- Hardware/software installation & maintenance
- IT documentation, process guides & asset tracking
- Vendor management & procurement
- Cross-departmental IT project support
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have...
- 3+ years of experience in IT system administration and helpdesk support.
- Cloud Certifications (Google Workspace Administrator/ Microsoft 365 Certified, etc.).
- Proven knowledge in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proven capabilities with Google Workspace Management and Office 365.
- Solid understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN).
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with information security systems.
- Scripting: Python - advantage
Languages
- Hebrew - Fluent
- High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Additional language (not necessary): Polish.
