We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping Fetcherr’s talent strategy, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience from first contact to final offer.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive search strategy and execution – define sourcing plans, structure interview processes, and manage everything from first outreach to signed offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role definitions, write and refine job descriptions, and proactively remove blockers from the process.
- Design creative, targeted sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious – combining platforms, research, and storytelling to engage top passive talent.
- Champion the candidate experience, ensuring clear, respectful, and thoughtful communication every step of the way.
- Deliver value beyond hiring – lead recruiting projects like hiring manager enablement, process improvements, talent analytics, or employer branding campaigns.
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you have...
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup or global tech environment.
- Proven ability to independently run multiple searches while building strong partnerships with hiring teams.
- Strong sourcing skills, market research capabilities, and a knack for engaging the right people with the right message.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills – you know how to drive alignment and create trust with both candidates and managers.
- High EQ, a bias for action, and a genuine passion for people and talent.
- Fluent English and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve recruiting performance.
