Office Manager

We are looking for an Office manager to support the daily operations of our office in Israel. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing the reception area and handling calls, correspondence, and visitors
- Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and mail
- Booking flights and organizing business travel arrangements for employees
- Opening and managing purchase orders (POs) and supporting procurement processes
- Managing office supplies, groceries, and stationery orders
- Coordinating with service Ensuring the office is well-organized, clean, and welcoming
- Providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- A proactive, independent, and reliable approach to work
