Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of candidate experience, including scheduling, communication, reporting, and ATS workflows.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, both tech and non-tech.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Miami office, supporting employees and managers across all HR topics.
  • Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines, including proactive and passive talent outreach.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, interview processes, and make hiring decisions.
  • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with U.S. and Florida labor laws, including documentation, contracts, policies, and HR processes.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, workplace practices, performance, and employee relations issues.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle end to end: onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and performance processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations for the Miami site, ensuring a productive and well-organized workspace.
  • Manage employee experience programs, engagement activities, and internal events to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Handle office equipment, supplies, vendor relationships, and day-to-day facilities and logistical needs.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
  • Strong recruitment foundation, ideally from startups.
  • Experience working in global teams (advantage: Israeli startup experience)
  • Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance.
  • Ability to manage both HR and office operations independently.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
