Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer who is a UX/UI expert to help shape and craft a suite of products that are transforming the travel industry. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations, from early wireframes to final implementation, and you will also contribute to the development of our look & feel guidelines and design system.

• This is a temporary position - for 9 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead processes and projects collaborating with the Product team to create excellent features
• Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams
• Brainstorm and design new features from scratch and take concepts through to production
• Focus on user experience using A/B tests and live results
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel

• 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product
• You have expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong focus on scalable components, variants, auto-layout, and maintaining complex design systems
• You led or had a significant part in building a user application/interface, from ideation to full execution.
• You have a positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team
• You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• You have a high level of written and spoken English
