We are looking for an SVP Product to lead and scale our product organization. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for shaping Fetcherr’s product vision, driving execution across multiple products, and building a world-class product team that delivers real business impact for some of the largest airlines in the world.

What you’ll do

• Own and define Fetcherr’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with company goals and long-term growth.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering excellence, ownership, strong product thinking and execution.
• Drive the development of complex, AI-driven products while ensuring a clear, intuitive, and customer-centric user experience.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Lead customer-facing product activities, including onboarding large enterprise customers, roadmap discussions, requirement gathering, and executive-level presentations.
• Balance strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Translate complex technical and algorithmic capabilities into clear value propositions and practical solutions for customers.
• Act as a key partner to company leadership, influencing business strategy and prioritization decisions.

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4+ years leading and managing Product Managers.
• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles within fast-paced, high-growth startups.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational-building capabilities.
• Deep understanding of complex technical products (AI, data-intensive systems, or algorithmic platforms) and the ability to simplify them for users.
• Solid knowledge of UX principles and hands-on experience working with designers and customers throughout the product design process.
• Highly business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance details and execution with long-term strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders.
• A proactive, driven leader who takes ownership, pushes forward, and thrives in ambiguity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
