Description

Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries.

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management to lead product strategy, execution, and a team of product managers responsible for core AI-driven products. This is a managerial role with ownership over product direction, team leadership, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, enterprise B2B experience, technical fluency, and proven people leadership. This person should be comfortable managing and mentoring product managers, setting clear priorities, building effective product operating rhythms, and working with complex AI, data, and optimization products while keeping the roadmap grounded in customer value, operational adoption, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers, supporting their prioritization, execution quality, stakeholder management, and professional growth.
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for a major Fetcherr product area or platform capability.
  • Translate company goals, customer needs, market signals, and technical capabilities into clear product priorities.
  • Establish strong product management practices, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, release readiness, and success measurement.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and algorithmic teams to define feasible, high-impact product solutions.
  • Work with sales, customer success, implementation, and leadership teams to understand customer pain points and turn them into scalable product direction.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, adoption goals, and business impact measures.
  • Lead prioritization across competing customer requests, technical investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support executive-level discussions with customers and internal leadership on product direction, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
  • Create clarity for cross-functional teams by communicating product priorities, decisions, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Fetcherr’s AI-driven product capabilities across airlines and additional markets.
  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, customer evidence, technical reality, and business strategy.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Significant product management experience, including experience leading complex B2B, enterprise SaaS, data, AI, optimization, pricing, revenue management, or decision-support products.
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing product managers.
  • Experience leading product strategy and execution for a meaningful product area at director or senior director level.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, delegation, hiring, feedback, and team development.
  • Ability to create structure, accountability, and operating rhythms for a product management team.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, machine learning, or algorithmic teams.
  • Experience translating complex technical capabilities into practical customer-facing products and workflows.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect product decisions to revenue, adoption, retention, operational efficiency, or customer outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, executives, and commercial teams.
  • Strong roadmap and prioritization skills, including the ability to make tradeoffs in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical, commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate hands-on when needed while leading and scaling a product team.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, forecasting systems, optimization engines, or real-time decision platforms.
  • Experience scaling product management practices in a fast-growing company.
  • Familiarity with enterprise implementation cycles, complex integrations, and customer adoption challenges.
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
