About the Role

As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll manage beta programs for new products and features within our Growth Verticals with the goal of reducing customer pain points and fueling the growth of the GlossGenius business. You will work hand in hand with Product Managers, Customer Experience, Partnerships and interact directly with customers. As beta features grow and evolve, you’ll be responsible for partnering with engineering to scale operations through automations and tooling.

You will report to the Director of Product. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Enable beta features by managing and scaling operations
  • Recruit and onboard new customers into our beta programs
  • Build relationships with key customers to gather feedback, Identify user trends and work with cross-functional partners to find solutions and inform product strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams and engineering to scale operations through automation and tooling

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in tech, consulting, finance, or operations
  • Proven ability to tackle ambiguous problems and find creative solutions
  • Experience developing and managing client/customer relationships
  • A jack-of-all-trades who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Experience working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, operations and other cross functional teams to develop new products and create scalable processes

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $80,000 - $90,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
