As our Tutor Payout & Operations Manager your job responsibilities includes:

• As the contact person for the payments to our tutors, you are in contact with the payment representatives of our local markets.

• To boost our operational excellence, you will furthermore be working on improving the efficiency of our current operations in close collaboration with our markets

• You keep our tutors happy by making sure they receive their payments in time and solving problems efficiently via our ticketing system.

• Take ownership and responsibility for your project and ensure smooth and efficient stakeholder management.

• You need to be confident in using excel and creating formulas as well as reconciling payment amounts and data analysis.

You should be/have:

• Education:l Completed commercial education (HAK, HLW) and/or experience in payout operations

• Professional experience: Ideally 1-2 years of relevant previous experience in finance, accounting or payment

• Highly organised: You know how to structure yourself and keep a cool head and an overview even in stressful moments

• Excellent communication: You like to communicate, patiently find the right solution for every problem and thus put a smile on the faces of our tutors

• Hands-on mentality: You lend a hand, show a high degree of initiative and responsibility and quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks

• Reporting and presentation skills: You deliver complex information and insights to diverse stakeholders in a visually engaging manner

• Can do attitude: Ability to work individually and in a team environment
