Your Role in Our Journey
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and overall happiness of our tutors.
- Respond promptly to tutor inquiries regarding technical issues, invoicing, and other requests through WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
- Organize workshops to onboard, train, and update our community of tutors.
- Proactively engage with tutors to enhance their teaching skills and ensure their satisfaction.
- Facilitate best practice exchanges and communication within the tutor community.
