We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our central Data Team. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our BI infrastructure, overseeing data governance as well as establishing best practices across the organization by reinforcing stakeholders with intuitive & insightful interactive dashboards.

Vienna/Berlin/Madrid (hybrid), fully remote
Your Role in Our Journey
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify information needs, translate them into actionable insights, and develop and manage BI solutions.
- Provide and present reports that are visually impactful for business departments and support the decision making process.
- Work closely with Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers, support and mentor colleagues within Data & business teams to build, maintain and improve the set of current dashboards with the best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, organize and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
- Drive self-service capabilities across the org through driving data literacy initiatives and maintaining & improving KPI frameworks.
- Drive adaptation of new tools & technologies in BI area to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data governance framework.
Your impact
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst or related role.
- Proven proficiency in SQL, with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables.
- Expert-level knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and organizational qualities.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes. Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud computer platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in Project Management. Experience working in Agile environments is highly desirable.
