Hnry takes the hassle out of being a self-employed individual by taking care of all the financial admin - everything from Invoicing and Payments through to Expenses and Taxes. We're taking a traditionally labour-intensive and stressful set of tasks, and automating them wherever we can, delivering great experiences and online tools for our users, and making their lives easier.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our team at Hnry. As the Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers through research and analysis of their behaviours, preferences, and needs. You will be expected to use this knowledge to drive growth and optimise the customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement your findings.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop insights that inform customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer insights into product development, marketing, and customer service.
Identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive growth.
Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and Strategy team in providing recommendations on key drivers of improvement for areas identified as areas of improvement/key focus areas
Monitor and track customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement metrics.
Work closely with the Executive team to develop strategies that align with company goals.

About you
You will have:
5+ years of experience in customer research, insights, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
Experience working with customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus points for:
Having previously been self-employed (freelancing, contracting, etc.) in any industry/profession.
Previous experience working in a Fintech organisation
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile workplace.
💰
Salary banding: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum
