Our Platform team is crucial to the foundation of the infrastructure of the Hnry application and the services we run on. We are searching for our next Product Owner to join our Platform team to support the ongoing projects and milestone management.
Responsibilities
Being a key person in coordinating stakeholders and the platform engineering team.
Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, and internal and external stakeholders
Analysing data and spotting trends to ensure we are ahead of the needs of our platform and our users both internal and external
Setting and monitoring the key success metrics for the platform to enable efficient and data-informed decisions
Keeping up to date with industry best practices and standards to ensure we are minimising tech debt while maximising the potential of our engineering squads
Making prioritisation decisions in collaboration with our leadership team and stakeholders
Project planning technical roadmaps to support the wider business
Leading from the front in a scaling team
Point of contact for external vendors for engineering, security and compliance

About you
Have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Driving achievements with a strong work ethic and curiosity for growth
3+ years experience in a product owner or business analyst role
Experience working with software engineers and experience with AWS, GitHub, Circle CI or Terraform highly regarded
Have excellent written communication and collaboration skills — we work together and succeed as a team
