Partnerships Manager @ Hnry

Sydney, AU
Hnry takes the hassle out of being a self-employed individual by taking care of all the financial admin - everything from Invoicing and Payments through to Expenses and Taxes. We're taking a traditionally labour-intensive and stressful set of tasks, and automating them wherever we can, delivering great experiences and online tools for our users, and making their lives easier.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Manager in Australia to join our growing team. As a Partnerships Manager at Hnry, you will be responsible for driving the partnerships function, with a focus on identifying high-value partners and customers. Your primary objective will be to employ a strategic sales process to increase our partner-based revenue and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

🚀 Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify, engage, and foster relationships with key partners that align with Hnry's business objectives.
Partner Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential partners, assess their strategic fit, and negotiate partnership agreements to expand Hnry's Australian customer base.
Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters, and ensuring their customers’ satisfaction and engagement with Hnry's services.
Structured sales process: Implement a structured sales process to drive partner-based revenue growth, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer operations to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and innovative programs that drive mutual success.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting to the leadership team, and making data-driven recommendations for improving and optimising partner activities.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve Hnry's partnerships strategy.
