As a Procurement Manager at HOLY, you will be responsible for coordinating orders with our manufacturers, ensuring timely placement and delivery of orders as well as the coordination between suppliers. Furthermore, you support sourcing new products for campaigns and coordinate inbound deliveries with our warehouse as well as improving the overall supply chain function at HOLY.
Your main responsibilities will be: - Order Management: Plan and order powder, packaging, raw materials, shakers, and other merchandise based on current inventory levels and upcoming campaigns or events. Manage the delivery of preliminary products between various suppliers and the delivery of finished products to our warehouses to coordinate our interdependent supply chain process.
- Order Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and detailed overview of all open orders. Update overview based on partial delivery and communicate delivery dates to the relevant stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Ops).
- Supplier Communication: Have regular check-ins with the most crucial suppliers to discuss the status of open orders (usually via phone or video call). Proactively reach out to suppliers to coordinate changing delivery dates or changes in priorities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our products, both powder and non-powder products are sampled before initial production and develop quality standard processes and guidelines.
- Product Maintenance: Maintain and improve our product database, create new products with all product details (e.g. manufacturer, weight, measurements, packaging, etc.), and create product spec sheets for our most important products.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Support in retail (procurement, planning, and coordination), support in further expanding to other suppliers, UK and syrup bottle supply chain build-up, product analyses, and sharing trend insights with other teams.
