Now, we're seeking a CRM Lead to further enhance our customer journey and drive Lifetime Value (LTV). This position offers the unique opportunity to build and lead a dynamic CRM team, reach ambitious performance goals, diversify our reach, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Lead our CRM efforts by executing our CRM strategy operationally to drive LTV across various markets. This involves the activation of new customers, reactivation of churned ones, and engagement of active customers.
- Optimize communication through existing channels such as email and WhatsApp. This includes conducting tests to reach our performance goals and tailoring our approach to customers in different markets.
- Implement new activities such as offline mailings, referral marketing, and lead generation to diversify and strengthen our reach.
- Build, lead, and develop a lean CRM team. This involves managing the team using goals and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the CMO to implement a robust method for measuring CRM success, analyzing performance, and setting up quarterly OKRs.
