About the Position
We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Manager to manage and maintain stellar, functional online stores, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves overseeing product listings, maintaining website content, providing technical support, and analyzing data to enhance our e-commerce performance.
This position offers a variety of tasks and projects, providing an opportunity to learn and grow as an E-commerce Manager in an inspiring and fast-paced environment, contributing to one of the world's fastest-growing consumer brands.
Responsibilities:
• Product Management: Assist in the creation and maintenance of product listings on the e-commerce platform. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• Website Maintenance: Manage website content, configure essential settings such as shipping rules and payment gateways, and ensure the website remains operational and performs optimally at all times.
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for technical support related to the e-commerce platform, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with our development agencies to address more significant problems.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
• Documentation: Maintain e-commerce process documents and provide them to stakeholders for platform enablement.
About You
We are seeking a quick learner with a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a diligent work style, with an eye for detail. Additionally, the role requires the following skillset:
• Experience with E-commerce platforms: Experience with Shopify or equivalent platforms, including setting up stores, managing product listings, and customizing templates.
• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge (Good to have): Understanding of HTML and CSS to make minor adjustments and troubleshoot issues on the e-commerce site.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics or Shopify’s built-in analytics.
• Bias for Action: Demonstrates a strong bias for action, hands-on mindset, and acts proactively pragmatically, and creatively.
• Effective Communication: Proficient at verbal and written communication to various stakeholders, adaptable to different audiences.
• Highly Organized: Ability to organize and adapt quickly to evolving priorities, coordinate tasks, and show a high degree of attention to detail.
• Fast Learner: Adaptable to fast-changing environments and proactively acquire necessary skills and knowledge.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is a must (German of French is a strong plus).

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
- Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
- Hiring Manager Interview: 30-minute online meeting to get to know our hiring managers more deeply
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study to complete.
- Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, our team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in a 60-minute session.
- Founders Interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
- Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
