After profitably scaling our online business to over €60M in less than three years, we ventured into retail this year, where we already launched +1,000 food retail stores in less than 6 months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.
To make this happen, we're looking for YOU — a Senior / Lead Retail Marketing Manager to be our growth catalyst on this journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across departments, bridging online- and offline marketing, and bringing our retail success to the next level. The role’s responsibilities include: - End-to-end project management for retail marketing activations and becoming the go-to expert for all retail activation initiatives.
- Developing retailer-specific marketing strategies to enhance visibility, increase sales, and boost customer engagement.
- Collaborating with multiple teams to achieve this. At the crossing of brand, marketing, retail sales, and -operations you will ensure that online and offline synergies are created.
- Helping shape HOLY's retail strategy. Given the novelty of retail, your role is vital in developing a deep understanding of retail marketing and shopper psychology. Your learnings will be a core contribution to our retail scale-up in 2025.
