The Operations team is a fundamental part of this journey, ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the entire journey - from website visit to delivery and support. To achieve our vision of becoming a global, omni-channel, better-for-you soft drink brand, we're seeking exceptional talent like you.
As the Operations Analyst, you will work closely with our Director of Operations to drive team performance and key initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes through clear and concise analyses and dashboards, ensure effective coordination and communication across the team and beyond, and simply get things done.
Your responsibilities include: - Organizational Support: Drive Operations team effectiveness through supporting performance management, preparing and maintaining clear internal communication, and owning internal workspace management.
- Dashboarding and Analytics: Provide clarity to teams through meaningful dashboards and outcome-driven analyses that deepen understanding of workflows and create actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Projects: Drive outcomes across teams by managing cross-functional initiatives—either supporting the Director of Operations or independently leading smaller projects with full ownership.
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the Director of Operations by handling various emerging needs and priorities efficiently.
