About the Position
Having grown HOLY from 0 to €70m+ revenue in three years, we aim to double our business in 2025. The logistics team plays a fundamental role in this journey by ensuring excellent customer experience through timely delivery and outstanding service.

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will manage 3PL partnerships, oversee fulfillment processes, and drive operational excellence through effective coordination and KPI monitoring. Reporting directly to our Senior Logistics Manager, Jan, and working alongside our Director of Operations Moritz, you'll have a front-row seat to scaling logistics operations in an omni-channel brand across geographies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • 3PL Partnership Management: Maintain stability and drive continuous improvement of logistics operations by serving as the primary point of contact for external fulfillment partners, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Order & Inventory Management: Drive customer experience through timely delivery by overseeing the order fulfillment process, monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishments, and working with internal stakeholders to quickly resolve emerging issues.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and improve performance and cost efficiency through daily KPI tracking and regular reporting. Maintain thorough operational documentation while reviewing SOPs and analyzing trends to achieve operational targets.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Foster transparency and alignment by e.g., coordinating customer service resolutions, implementing process improvements, and maintaining effective communication across stakeholders.
About You
  • Existing experience in logistics: Proven track record in logistics operations with 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
  • Bias for Action: Acts fast and precise with high attention to detail and bias for action and implements sustainable solutions independently. Balances quick decision-making with thoughtful analysis of long-term implications.
  • Highly organized: Manages multiple concurrent tasks and maintains accurate documentation across different operational processes. Implements structured workflows.
  • Resilience: Maintains composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations. Prioritizes and manages multiple urgent tasks while finding practical solutions to operational challenges.
  • Proactive communicator: Takes initiative in maintaining clear and timely communication with internal teams and external partners. Addresses operational needs and updates through structured, regular channels.
  • Language proficiency: Professional working proficiency in German and English

The Process
As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

  1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca, our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview with Jan: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience.
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
  4. In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Jan and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
  5. Interview with Fredi: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
