In this role, you will build the Dutch talent pool and manage the entire partnership process—from initial contact through contract negotiations to ongoing relationship management with creators and agencies. You'll be responsible for managing expectations, providing constructive performance feedback, and cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive growth in the Dutch market.
Responsibilities: - You will execute and potentially iterate our performance driven influencer marketing strategy for the Netherlands market, including creator selection, outreach, contract negotiation, and relationship management to achieve channel KPIs.
- Build our presence from scratch and establish close, long-term partnerships with the Netherlands' leading creators.
- Ability to manage and strategically invest budgets exceeding €50,000 achieving planned returns regarding New Customer and further efficiency metrics
- You will create a best-in-class partnership program specifically tailored to the Dutch market to set HOLY apart from competitors and other sponsors.
- You will collaborate with creators and our internal creative team to execute localized campaigns that boost sales and generate buzz for our brand in the Netherlands.
