After scaling HOLY from 0 to €70m+ revenue profitably within three years, we continue our trajectory and aim to more than double our business in 2025. To support our ambitious growth, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to help our founders maintain focus on strategic priorities.
As Executive Assistant, you will be the first line of defense for our founders, managing their communications, calendars, and administrative needs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring efficient time management. Your responsibilities include:
- Communication & Stakeholder Management - Handle emails and calendars, coordinate meetings effectively, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Administrative Excellence - Maintain organized digital and physical files, manage recurring tasks like invoices, and execute administrative duties with precision.
- Work-Life Integration - Support founders with personal and professional matters, including taxes, legal documents, finances, appointments, and procurement.
- Travel & Event Planning - Coordinate business trips, off-sites, and social gatherings, managing all aspects from travel to accommodation.
- Project Support - Handle special projects and research for founders and leadership with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
You will work closely with all three founders, helping them maximize their effectiveness and maintain focus on strategic priorities. This role offers significant growth opportunities, whether developing into a senior EA role or moving into project management positions.
